HUNGARIAN PAPRIKAS | |
1 tbsp. oil 1 1/2 lbs. veal, lean, cut into sm. pieces 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced 1 c. sour cream Salt to taste 1 onion, chopped 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. paprika Heat oil. Add veal, parsley, paprika, black pepper, chopped onion and salt. Cook for 1 hour on low heat. Add mushrooms and cook until veal is tender. Add flour, blend well. Cook 5 additional minutes. Add sour cream; mix well. Serve with rice. |
