CUSTARD MOCHI 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. mochiko (sweet rice flour bought at oriental section of store or health food store)
3 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in one egg at a time. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
