2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. salt (opt.)
1 c. buttermilk (sour milk)
1/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

STREUSEL:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. butter, soft

To sour milk, use 1 tablespoon vinegar plus milk to make 1 cup.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom of 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. In large bowl combine all bread ingredients; beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour into prepared pan. In small bowl, combine streusel ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter and swirl lightly to marble. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pan immediately.
