2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. corn oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

STREUSEL:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. butter, softened

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom only of loaf pan. In large bowl combine all bread ingredients. Beat three minutes. Pour into pan. In small bowl, combine streusel ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter and swirl. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. Cool completely before slicing.
