QUICK BEER WHEAT BREAD 
3 c. packaged biscuit mix
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) can beer or 1 1/2 c.

In a bowl combine: biscuit mix, flour and sugar. Add eggs and beer. Beat with electric mixer 1 minute or until blended.

Turn into greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Spread evenly.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and cool on rack.

Makes 1 loaf. Great with soup or salad.
