QUICK BREAD 
5 c. self-rising flour
5 tbsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 can beer

Mix dry ingredients, add sour cream, then fold together with beer. Do not use mixer. Pour in greased bread pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Tastes like sour dough bread and in just 45 minutes.
