GROUND BEEF WITH MIXED
VEGETABLES
 
1 lb. ground beef
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. rice wine or cooking sherry (opt.)
1 tsp. ground ginger
Cooked rice

Marinate beef in soy sauce and wine for 20 minutes or more. Heat oil in fry or wok. Add ginger and vegetables. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Do not over cook. Remove vegetables and set aside. Stir fry beef until cooked. Drain off fat. Add vegetables to pan. Sprinkle with soy sauce and heat until vegetables are just cooked. Serve over rice.
