DAFFODIL DIP 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 hard-cooked egg
2 tsp. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. anchovy paste
Dash of pepper

Gradually add mayonnaise to softened cream cheese. Mix until blended. Add parsley, chopped egg white, onion, garlic, paste and pepper. Mix well. Sprinkle sieved egg yolk over all. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
