1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 carton (16 oz.) cottage cheese
1 sm. onion, grated
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cucumber, diced
1 tsp. horseradish
Salt and pepper

Mix all together. Pour in mold. Chill. Garnish with thin sliced cucumber.
