TOPPING FOR JELLO 
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. Cool Whip
Grated cheddar cheese

Mix first 4 ingredients in double boiler and cook until thick. Cool. Add Cool Whip and combine. Use for topping on Jello. Serve with grated cheddar cheese.
