1 (303) can French style green beans
1 (303) can fancy Chinese mixed vegetables
1 flat can sliced water chestnuts
1 (303) can sm. English peas
1 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
3 onions, thinly sliced

DRESSING:

1 c. white vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar

Drain all cans and combine ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients well and pour over vegetables. This salad will keep indefinitely in refrigerator.
