HOMEMADE CHICKEN & NOODLES 
6 egg, beaten w/fork
3 c. flour (approx.)
1 tsp. salt
1 whole chicken

NOODLES: Mix eggs, flour and salt and knead until smooth. Roll paper thin; let dry on towel. Roll up edges to make long roll (like cinnamon roll). Cut thin.

BROTH: Cut up chicken and boil until chicken is cooked. Remove chicken pieces from broth and let them cool. Pick chicken from bone. Strain broth to remove any bones, or pieces of chicken. Bring broth to a boil, add chicken and noodles. Add water and salt as needed. Boil 20 to 30 minutes.
