HOMEMADE CHICKEN AND NOODLES 
1 chicken or chicken parts, 2-4 lb.
3 eggs
1/2 c. chicken broth
2-3 c. flour

Cook chicken or chicken parts in pan 2/3 full of water approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending on size. Remove from pan when cooked to let cool.

In bowl mix broth, eggs, and gradually add flour until mixture is very stiff. Place on floured surface and roll until thin. Cut into thin strips and place in pan containing hot broth. Cook 20 minutes at medium heat.

Pick chicken off bone and return to pan with noodles. Season with salt and pepper.
