ONIONS ON THE SIDE 
yellow onions (use Vidalia or sweet onions)
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. water (pour 1/2 over onions)
9 1/2 oz. Lay's potato chips

Lay 1/2 of the onions in bottom of 8 x 8 x 2 pan. In a small bowl, pour the soup and water. Crush the potato chips. Top 1/2 on soup; repeat.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or so. Eat with grilled ribs or steak.
