ROSA MARINA SALAD 
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 box rosa marina noodles
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries
13 oz. Cool Whip or 3 envelopes Dream Whip
2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges

Combine sugar, salt, eggs, flour, and drained juices (except cherries); cook until thick. Cook and rinse rosa marina according to directions on box. Mix flour mixture and rosa marina together. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Add fruit and drained cherries to rosa marina. Add Cool Whip to mixture. Mix thoroughly. Serve.
