SOUTHERN PECAN PIE 
1 c. pecan halves
3 eggs
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour

Arrange pecan halves in bottom of unbaked pie shell. Beat eggs. Add butter, corn syrup and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Combine the flour and sugar. Then mix with egg mixture. Pour into pie shell. Let stand until nuts rise to top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
