EASY AVOCADO WRAP 
PER SERVING:

1 soft shell tortilla wrap
1 avocado
1 piece of lettuce
1 Roma tomato
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. garlic pepper
1 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar

Peel and remove core from avocado. With a fork, mash the avocado evenly down the middle of the shell. Sprinkle on cheese and garlic pepper. Add lettuce, tomatoes, and vinegar. Fold one end of the tortilla in, wrap up, and enjoy!
