CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 pkg. yeast
1 yellow cake mix
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. warm water
4 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Add yellow cake mix and 1 cup flour; blend. Add 3 1/2 cups more flour and salt; blend again. I add 1 egg and 1 cup more flour though the recipe doesn't call for them. Let rise.

Put out on floured surface and roll out. It will be sticky. Brush on melted butter and sprinkle on cinnamon, 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 granulated sugar. Roll up and cut about 2 1/2 inches thick.

Place on greased cookie sheet. Let rise again. Bake at 375 degrees until light brown, about 15 minutes. Makes 2 large cookie sheets full. I frost with brown sugar frosting when done.
