CINNAMON QUICKIES 
2 loaves thin white bread
16 oz. cream cheese
Melted butter, cinnamon, sugar

Cut crust of bread. Flatten with rolling pin. Spread each piece with light layer of cream cheese. Roll slices of bread tightly cut into quarters. Prepare mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Dip each piece into melted butter then roll into cinnamon and sugar mix. Place rolls on cookie sheet and freeze when frozen store in freezer in plasic bag.

When ready to serve, place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until rolls are bubbly and puffy. Serve with sour cream and strawberry preserves for dipping.
