SODA CRACKER TOFFEE | |
35 crackers or 48 crackers 2 sticks butter or 2 1/2 sticks 1 c. brown sugar to 1 1/2 c. 1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips Chopped pecans Line cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with crackers. Melt butter over low heat and stir in brown sugar until thoroughly mixed. Pour mixture over crackers. Bake in 350 degree oven 5-10 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over all. When melted, smooth over top sealing edges. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. When cool, break into pieces. |
