1 lg. bag frozen peas, uncooked
1/2 lb. cubed cheese
1/4 c. imitation bacon bits (or crisp fried bacon bits)
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tsp. sugar
Mayonnaise

Stir all together and refrigerate until ready to serve.
