EASY PEA SALAD 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen green peas, cooked, drained
1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed
1/4 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Lettuce leaves
Sesame seeds

Combine green peas, beans and olives in medium size bowl. Place remaining ingredients except lettuce and seeds in jar with tight fitting lid; cover and shake. Pour over pea mixture. Refrigerate uncovered at least 30 minutes. Line four salad plates with lettuce leaves. Top each with pea mixture. Sprinkle each salad with sesame seeds.
