EASY CHICKEN SALAD | |
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Rice-A-Roni Chicken Flavor 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 12 pkg. roasted chicken breast, sliced 1 (16 oz.) can red kidney or black beans, rinsed and drained 2 cups chopped tomatoes or diced tomatoes, canned 1 cup canned peas, drained 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing Prepare Rice-A-Roni as package directs, substituting oil for butter and adding chicken during last 10 min. of cook time. Cool 10 minutes. Combine rice-chicken mixture, beans, tomatoes, peas and Italian dressing in a large bowl. Serve. Makes 6 servings. Submitted by: Karen LaValley |
