EASY BAKED BEANS | |
4 slices bacon 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 (1 lb.) cans pork & beans in tomato sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. prepared mustard Cook bacon until crisp; drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings. Crumble bacon. Combine bacon, drippings and rest of ingredients in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish; mix well. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours. Serves 6. This recipe doubles easily, which you may want to do as these are good hot or cold (from refrigerator). |
