1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
1 can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
frozen Tater Tots

Press meat into pan. Spread onions over that. Spread undiluted soup over that. Place Tater Tots to cover the whole top and bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until well done.
