Put 1 layer of graham crackers on bottom of sheet cake pan.

FILLING:

2 pkg. small vanilla pudding (instant)
3 c. milk
1 sm. container Cool Whip

Put another layer graham crackers, 1 container milk chocolate frosting. (Mix 3 tablespoons milk so frosting will spread.) Smooth over top of crackers. Chill overnight.
