ECLAIR RING DESSERT 
1 stick butter
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs
2 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Set oven at 400 degrees. Bring butter and water to boil, at boil, turn off. Add flour and salt. Beat with spoon until ball forms. Add eggs one at a time. Beating after each egg with spoon. Put on greased pan by spoonfuls forming a circle - stick together to form a ring. Bake 1/2 hour - turn oven off. Leave in oven 15 minutes. Slice lengthwise after cooled. Fill with filling.

FILLING: Beat instant vanilla pudding with milk, cream and vanilla. Fill ring - drizzle chocolate sauce over ring.
