EASY CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 can evaporated milk
3 large eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
Cool Whip
Miniature chocolate chips
Unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix first 6 ingredients in blender for 1 minute. Pour into prepared pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes - turn oven off and leave in for 10 minutes longer. Cool. Top with Cool Whip and a few chocolate chips. Always a favorite!

This pie is better cold, so refrigerate before serving - or even bake the day before serving.
