COMPANY CHICKEN 
6 to 8 boneless chicken breast halves
1 large block cream cheese, sliced
1 bag baby spinach
1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. white wine
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Place spinach on bottom of baking dish. Wrap chicken breast around a piece of cream cheese. Place seam side down on spinach. Mix soup, sour cream and wine together. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
