CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (1 lb.) can cream corn
1 (1 lb.) can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 slices bacon cut in sm. strips
2 eggs
Fritos crushed
1 to 2 Jalapenos, chopped

Saute' bacon until about half done. Add chopped onions and saute' with bacon until bacon is done. Add green chiles and saute 2 to 3 minutes. Add corns and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Beat eggs, add to corn. Top with Fritos and chopped Jalapenos. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until casserole is firm.
