SWEET CREAM WHITE CAKE 
1 c. cream, whipped
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. water
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs (whites)

Mix first 6 ingredients and beat well. Then fold in 2 beaten egg whites (stiff). Bake at 375 degrees about 20 to 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. flour
1 sm. carton half and half

Cook in pan on stove until thick, then add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon butter. Stir until ready to put on cake. While stirring, put bottom of pan in cold water; frosting will be shiny.
