SOUR CREAM WHITE CAKE 
3 egg whites
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. cake flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat whites until stiff. Whip sour cream and fold into whites. Sift flour and all dry ingredients 3 times; add alternately with cold water which vanilla has been added and the first mixture. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
