SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE | |
3 c. freshly cooked sweet potatoes or canned sweet potatoes, drained and mashed 1 c. sugar 3 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 stick melted butter 1/4 tsp. salt Mix all ingredients. Put in 2 quart dish and cover with topping. SWEET POTATO TOPPING: 1 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. flour 1/2 stick of butter, melted 1 c. chopped pecans Mix and spread topping on top of casserole mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
