CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 pkgs. cherry Jello (3 oz.)
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 med. can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 c. finely diced celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3-4 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix together Jello, water, cranberry sauce and pineapple. Add celery and nuts. Form half of mixture into pan to set, forming a bottom layer about 1 inch deep. Soften cream cheese and mix with mayonnaise. Spread over the hardened mixture. Pour the remaining Jello mixture over the top. Refrigerate until set.
