COOKIE CANDY 
1 c. butter
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate
Chopped nuts, coconut or jimmies

Combine first 3 ingredients, mix well, then stir in next 3 ingredients. Shape like small ladyfingers. (They puff a little when baked.) Bake at 325 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

In small pan, melt chocolate and milk. Dip cookie into chocolate, then into nuts or jimmies or coconut. They look pretty in a cookie tray when just one end is dipped and coated.
