FRUIT PIZZA 
GLAZE:

1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar

BASE:

1 pkg. Jiffy yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/4 c. butter

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix glaze ingredients and bring to boil for one minute. Cool and set aside. Spread base mix over a 12 to 13 inch pizza pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix topping ingredients and spread over base. Over topping, arrange sliced fruit in circles, alternating colors, using about 4 kinds of your favorite fresh fruits (bananas, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, peaches, pineapple). Then cover fruit with glaze, being sure to cover all the fruit. Chill until ready to serve.
