FRUIT PIZZA 
Spread in bottom of pizza pan 1 package sugar cookie dough. Prick with fork and bake as directed. Cool. Whip and spread on baked crust:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. orange rind (optional)

A variety of fruits can be used. I use the following:

Fresh strawberries, cut in half
Sliced bananas
Kiwi
Pineapple chunks
Mandarin oranges
Blueberries (in season)

Arrange fruit and top with glaze.

GLAZE:

1 c. orange juice
1/3 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Scant 1/4 c. lemon juice

Bring to boil and cook 1 minute Cool, pour over pizza. (I don't use all of the glaze). Can pour over leftover fruit for a salad.
