FRUIT PIZZA 
1 pkg. Pillsbury sugar cookie dough (refrigerated type)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Any combination of fruit: kiwi, bananas, peaches, etc.

Cut cookie dough in thin slices and place on pizza sheet, pressing slices together to make crust. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Mix cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip; set aside.

In saucepan cook the cornstarch, water, orange juice and lemon juice until thick. Set aside.

When crust is completely cooled, spread with cream cheese mixture and alternate circles of fruit on top. Glaze fruit with orange sauce that has cooled. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Delicious! Make sure kiwi is ripe.
