MASHED VEGETABLE TRIO 
1 c. diced turnips
1 c. diced potatoes
1 c. sliced carrots
Milk
Butter
Salt
Pepper

Boil vegetables until done and drain water. Mash well. Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper to taste and stir well. Serve hot.

This is a little unusual tasting, so you may want to cook half the amounts of vegetables shown just to see if you like it.
