BING CHERRY COKE SALAD 
1 (#2) can Bing cherries, seeded & drained
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
2 c. reserved juice & water
1 sm. pkg. black cherry gelatin
12 oz. Coke
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. celery, finely chopped (opt.)
1 c. chopped fine
1/2 c. flaked coconut (opt.)

Heat fruit juice with water to boiling. Pour over the gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Add Coke. Chill until slightly thickened. Break up or beat cream cheese and add to fruit and nuts. Fold into gelatin. Chill until firm.
