WELCH RAREBIT BREAD 
6 c. flour
2 tbsp. yeast (2 pkg.)
2 tbsp. sugar
1 can (12 oz.) beer or 1 1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) American cheese, chunked
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash cayenne
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Heat beer, cheese, butter and Worcestershire sauce. Add 2 cups flour and dry ingredients and yeast. Mix. Add remaining 4 cups flour and knead 5 minutes. Cover for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Knock down; shape into 2 loaves; place in pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
