SOUR DOUGH BREAD 
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. sour dough mixture
1 1/2 c. hot water
6 or more c. bread flour

Mix first 5 ingredients. Add flour until it can be worked with hands. Put into greased bowl. Turn to grease on all sides. Cover with towel and let rise for 24 hours. Punch down, divide dough into 2 large pans or 3 small pans. Let rise overnight. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 250 degrees.
