GOLDEN FRIED POTATOES 
4 tbsp. unsalted butter
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 c. coarsely diced potatoes, parboiled
1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika

Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat; add onion, garlic and potatoes and fry 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden brown. Stir in pepper and paprika; spoon into serving bowl or basket. Serves 4.
