TOMATO RELISH 
1 gal. ripe tomatoes
4 onions
2 green peppers

Grind above in food chopper or cut up fine.

4 c. vinegar
3 1/2 c. sugar

Spices, allspice, nutmeg, or cinnamon, to your taste. Boil until real thick, then put in jars and seal.
