PAN BURRITOS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
2 pkg. enchilada sauce mix
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans, warmed so they spread easily.
1 pkg. large flour tortillas (10)
1 (1 oz.) pkg. shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown beef and drain. Mix tomato paste and enchilada sauce according to directions on back of sauce package. Then add half of enchilada sauce to beef and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Add garlic powder salt, pepper if desired. Spray 9 x 13 pan and spread about 1/2 of enchilada sauce on bottom of pan. Lay 3 tortillas on top; tearing them to conform with the bottom of pan. Put 1/2 meat mixture on top of tortillas, 1/3 cheese mixture. Continue layering then spoon rest on refried beans. Top with sauce, put cheese on top. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with sour cream, onions, taco sauce.
