SWISS ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
5 tbsp. butter
2 c. diagonally sliced asparagus
1 med. onion, sliced
1 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. cracker crumbs

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet. Saute asparagus 2 to 3 minutes until barely tender. Remove and reserve. Saute onion in remaining butter until soft. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook until flour is well blended. Add sour cream and grated cheese. Cook, stirring constantly over low heat until cheese melts. Spoon asparagus into lightly greased shallow baking dish.

Top with cheese and sour cream. Sprinkle with crumbs and dot with 1 tablespoon butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
