CHEESY BRAT STEW | |
5-6 fully cooked bratwurst or Polish sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces 4 med. potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed 1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained 1 (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 sm. onion, chopped In 3 quart casserole, stir together the bratwurst or Polish sausage, potatoes, green beans, mushroom soup, cheddar cheese and chopped onion. Bake the casserole, covered, at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. |
