SALMON PATTIES 
1 lg. can salmon
1/4 c. juice from salmon
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
1 heaping tsp. baking powder

Drain salmon and reserve the juice. Break up drained salmon with a fork. Add the egg. Mix well with the flour. Add the baking powder to 1/4 cup of the reserved salmon juice. This will foam up. After it foams, add this in the rest of the mixture. Drop into hot grease by small spoonfuls and brown.
