DILL PICKLES | |
6 c. water 3 c. Heinz White Vinegar 3/4 c. sugar 6 tbsp. canning salt Cover fresh cucumbers with cold water. Let stand 2 hours. Wash and wipe dry. Put dill in bottom of jars. Fill with cucumbers, put dill on top. Add garlic if desired. Cover with cold mixture and fill to neck. Put jars in canner, cover with cold water and when water starts to boil, take out immediately. |
