1 pkg. dry yeast 1 egg 3/4 c. Crisco 1/4 c. sugar 2 c. warm water 4 c. flour (self-rising) Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar and Crisco. Beat in other items with mixer. Spoon into greased muffin pans. Bake in 400 degree oven for 13 to 16 minutes. Dough keeps a week in refrigerator in covered dish. |
